The journey of life is marked by profound transitions, forming relationships, caring for others, becoming a parent, or redefining oneself after loss or change. I work with adults, including older adults and couples, who are navigating these transitions while carrying histories of trauma, stress, and emotional complexity. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the cumulative weight of responsibility, relational strain, or unresolved experiences that continue to shape their sense of self and connection with others.
A central focus of my work is supporting individuals experiencing caregiver burnout and emotional exhaustion, including those caring for aging parents, partners, children, or family members with medical or mental health needs. I also specialize in working with individuals navigating maternal mental health concerns across the perinatal and postnatal periods. Pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood can bring unexpected emotional challenges, such as anxiety, mood changes, intrusive thoughts, identity shifts, and relationship stress, that are often difficult to name or share openly. Together, we create space to explore these experiences with compassion, validation, and practical support.

I also work with couples and individuals experiencing relationship concerns, including disconnection, communication difficulties, and the impact of stress, trauma, or caregiving roles on intimacy and partnership. When personal needs are consistently placed last, relationships can suffer and emotional resilience can erode. In our work, we focus on rebuilding connection, strengthening communication, fostering self-compassion, and developing sustainable coping strategies that support both individual well-being and relational health.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences openly. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, values, and life stage. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel deeply understood, supported, and empowered.

Life’s challenges, whether related to trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, relationship stress, caregiving demands, or the transition into parenthood, can feel isolating and overwhelming. You do not have to navigate them alone. Reaching out for therapy is a courageous act of self-care, and I am here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, balance, and a more connected, fulfilling life.
