The journey of life can present many challenges and transitions. I work with adult clients, including older adults and couples, who often carry histories of trauma—stories etched with both pain and resilience. Many of my clients bear scars from past experiences that continue to shape their daily lives, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we navigate the labyrinth of emotions, seeking to gently mend what has been fractured. Trauma can linger like a shadow, influencing self-esteem, connection with others, and overall well-being. Some clients also struggle with obsessive or intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or difficulty regulating emotions, which can further complicate their inner world and create a relentless battle within themselves.

 

I also work with individuals experiencing caregiver burnout, as well as couples navigating stress, disconnection, or the impact of mental health challenges on their relationship. When caring for others, personal needs are often pushed aside, leading to exhaustion and emotional depletion. In our work together, we explore coping strategies, self-compassion, communication, and resilience. My goal is to help clients and couples reconnect with their strengths and move toward healing and growth.

 

My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly and without judgment. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring our work to your unique needs and life stage. I meet you where you are in your journey and strive to offer a nurturing, supportive environment where meaningful change can unfold.
