Supporting Your Growth as a Clinician

I offer clinical supervision for mental health professionals seeking to deepen their skills, enhance their clinical judgment, and develop confidence in their work. Whether you are a pre-licensed therapist working toward licensure or a licensed clinician wanting to expand your expertise, supervision is an opportunity to reflect, learn, and grow in a supportive environment.

My Supervision Approach

Supervision with me is supportive, collaborative, and goal-focused. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your clinical judgment, expand your toolkit, and ensure you feel prepared to meet the needs of diverse clients.

In our supervision sessions, we will:

  • Review cases with an emphasis on ethical, culturally responsive care

  • Strengthen assessment and intervention planning skills

  • Explore the therapist–client relationship and professional boundaries

  • Discuss strategies for managing challenging clinical situations

  • Support your personal and professional well-being to prevent burnout

Areas of Experience

I bring a diverse background in clinical practice, offering supervision that blends strong clinical foundations with practical, real-world guidance. My experience includes:

  • Trauma-Informed Care – Extensive work with clients impacted by trauma, crisis, and complex life experiences, including justice-involved and high-acuity populations.

  • Risk Assessment and Management – Skilled in assessing suicide risk, identifying warning signs, and supporting clients with serious mental illness or those in high-risk situations.

  • Crisis Intervention – Experience in mobile crisis response, emergency services, and co-responder models integrating mental health and law enforcement.

  • Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders – Providing assessment and treatment for individuals navigating addiction and mental health concerns simultaneously.

  • Group and Individual Therapy – Facilitating therapeutic interventions across settings, from outpatient therapy to correctional and hospital-based environments.

Clinical supervision is available for clinicians located in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors regulations.
